 WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

All warranty claims must be processed in-store only.

The customer must provide:

✔ Original product box

✔ Charging base

✔ Handpiece

✔ Power cord and accessories originally included

✔ All original components received with the drill

Failure to provide the original box and all included components may result in denial of the warranty claim.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

If the warranty claim is approved after inspection, Queen Nails by Gladimil reserves the right to:

• Repair the product

or

• Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

 NON-TRANSFERABLE

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
